How to get Brave Ads when they're not available in your region

The Brave browser is a freedom based browser that doesn't track you like other major browsers. On top of that they have an Attention Token ecosystem set in place to help creators and websites alike. A fairly new addition to this ecosystem is the Brave Ads, so you now can earn their Basic Attention Token or BAT for short that you can then support your favorite creator or website with. If you are like me you thought "That's amazing, I'm gonna sign up right away" only to realize that they haven't enabled ads for your region :(
It should be easy to change right, just get a VPN and job done.. well not quite. The browser uses your computers internal location to base your location from, so if you are just using a VPN it wont work. On the other hand, just changing the computers location wont work either. But using a sweet mix between the two then you are good to go. Just make sure that both your internal computer location and VPN setting is set to the same, preferably to the US.

If you are going through all this trouble just to see ads you must really love ads, so here's  a little extra tip, change the amount of ads you can receive in your Brave Rewards settings to 5.
