Octoberween 2024 Video Weekend: The Thrifty Typewriter - The Conjuring & Insidious Universes Explained

Good Evening everyone,

Do you like movies? Do you like "scary" movies? Have you ever wonder how a particular movie franchise or series is connection, either within their own sequels or linked to other movies from different franchise? If so do I have a YouTube Channel for you tonight.

I stumbled on The Thrifty Typewriter when I wanted to check out some of his movie breakdowns, movies that I didn't plan on watching anytime soon, and found his takes and explanations interesting. They were a nice time sink and helped me to better understand some movies that I had forgotten about given I do my best not to fully recall a movie due to mental incapacities on my part. 

I loved "The Conjuring" series of movies that came out, even if they took liberties on the main characters who are based on real life people, so seeing a whole universe breakdown was a fun watch for me.

I've been a bit behind on the Insidious movie series so I fear I may not have the time or means to watch all of them in a timely fashion, more so when there's five movies to this series as of his video/blog post. One day I might get to them so it's nice to see the story so far. If anything it drives me to possibly see them all sooner rather than later.
