As with every emotion that we have ever felt, the sensation of anger is subjective. This abstraction burdens our physical body with Adrenaline, a hormone produced by the adrenal glands during events that we might find stressful in some way. Remember, these 3rd Density bodies our spirits inhabit are cleverly engineered chemical distilleries and whenever Adrenaline is present in quantity, our body's acute stress response system generally views our external reality from the viewpoint of a "fight or flight" response. Worst of all, the condition brought on by anger works by stimulating the HEART rate, contracting blood vessels, and dilating air passages, all of which work to increase blood flow to the muscles and oxygen to the lungs distorting the tenuous tether connecting us to our “higher self.” We use Adrenaline to treat anaphylactic shock, a condition that can render us subject to extreme sensitivity! So, both from a scientific and a metaphysical point of view, anger is an emotion that is very personal and related to one's own psychological interpretation of a particular event in which we may perceive that we’ve been offended, wronged or denied something we desire. The subsequent response usually takes the form of a retaliatory action the purpose of which is to “undo” the root cause of the anger (if you can “see” anger as an “effect”).
Sometimes Anger feels good!
Anger becomes our predominant behavioral feeling or controlling thought form whenever we make a conscious effort to take action against an externalized threat and, as I’ve implied, it can have serious physical and mental consequences. Rarely does an expression of anger manifest itself as a release mechanism; we become hysterical. It is normally a prelude to a more vigorous and sometimes destructive physical response that is launched from a sea of rapidly expanding awareness like a tidal wave of pure energy.
We become aroused to anger through a series of events the aggregate of which is a physical reaction often causing a loss of our sense of “self-control” and mental capacity to remain objective and stay “balanced” (as in a Light Worker’s point of view). This emotion has its value in our effort to survive. Yet, through it, we mobilize psychological resources that compel us to take “corrective action.” Lacking an understanding of our circumstances while enveloped in its influence, anger is not always something we can categorize as beneficial to our human condition. Anything that causes us to lose sight of our humanity for more than a moment in time is susceptible to becoming a spontaneous and uncontrolled fit of aggression that others can use as a manipulation strategy to influence the outcome of the event in which we find ourselves “angry.” Think about it. What is the “NEWS” of the day doing to all of us? Yeah! It’s getting us “angry.”
Therefore “anger,” while it is a necessary part of our psychology, is somewhat of a weapon of choice—it might be useful employed as a tool to secure survival but not very beneficial if we employ it as a difference engine used to identify what is “right” and what is “wrong.” We’re aware that we are temporally trapped within the confines of a dualistic, 3rd Density, lower vibrational reality and such “choices” will, very often, lead us back upon the path of disappointment. When you sense anger welling up inside of you, use your heart to determine the origin of its genesis. Very often, you’ll find that you are being subjugated—manipulated into a state of fear and as you continue to entertain the sensation, you MIGHT remain objective long enough to notice that you are losing the dispassionate thinking that characterizes the influence of your higher consciousness.
Well, how SHOULD we think?
It’s one thing to use “righteous indignation” to express a clear and purposeful illumination of your world view; it is quite another thing to allow yourself to cultivate that sense of injustice into a physical expression of personal power and offensive human action. I’m not saying that it is immoral. Who am I to judge any of YOU? What I’m trying to get everyone to understand is that the use of this emotion is, very often, the root cause of our dalliance with bias—prejudice and dogmatic thinking; this proclivity will ultimately interfere with our mission as Light Workers. This is because it disturbs our tranquility and therefore momentarily deprives us of our sense of BALANCE. We are taught that all things must find their “equilibrium” and “staying balanced” is an appreciation of finding OURS as sovereign integrals. That, dearest brothers and sisters, is our focus as “the awakened.”
Well, to get to the point: as I read your posts, I’m picking up on a lot of “anger.” We are—everyone of us--justified in our feelings toward this side of the spectrum of duality. The Law of Free Will has been continually violated throughout the entire period of our conscious experience and, for many of us, over countless lifetimes. What has this condition taught us? What have we learned as a function of these repeated forays into probability? How have these karmic eventualities influenced any of us to the degree that we can appreciate the objectivity of this arrangement? Indeed, can we even SPECULATE that there might be any objectivity to our experiences at all given the fact that everything we have ever known as “The Truth” has been posited as a “hypothesis?”
We hunger for the “Bread of Life” and the Bread of Life is the Truth (with a capital “T”), my darlings. Your posts are all the comments of some very hungry people. Nevertheless, look within. What do you see? Do you see someone who can thrive within the press of all this anxiety? Do you love yourself (and therefore ME—and the rest of US) as much as you hunger for the answer to that mind-numbing question: WHAT AM I DOING HERE? Some of us will say: “It’s the role we chose to play.” Others will say: “We are here to bring Light and Love to the Darkness.” Some will caution: “We are here to understand who we really are!” While there are those of us who insist that: “We are here to find our way back to our Source, the One Infinite Creator.”
And, THINKING makes it so!
All of these assertions are correct and yet none of them is True. It isn’t that we’ve lost our way or that we’ve become something that can be categorized as “the absence of Good” and must, therefore, suffer the rehabilitating ablution of redemption. Karma is a condition of our own contrivance. Christ-consciousness (as some of you call it) does not require a contingency! Think on it. Neither are we here because we’ve chosen some obscure path toward enlightenment the properties of which can only be characterized through the use of an enigmatic and esoteric dialectic. We can suppose that we’ve been cleverly misled but can Christ-consciousness be so exploited? We can claim that we’ve all been asleep behind the Karmic Wheel, so-to-speak, but can an infinite Unity be subject to the mechanics of such psychic chemistry? Can we actually convince ourselves that through some kind of ACTION we’ve trapped ourselves within the distortion of an equal and opposite reaction? Are we saying that we’re “subject” to the forces that govern duality? Can an active, living Cosmic Force such as that which we describe as “The ONE,” “Unity,” “The All-Mind,” –GOD—be subject to anything other than its own choice of conditional existence?
I can “feel” all of you right now. You’ve already thought the thoughts that I’ve thought as I have thought yours. And, what is more, you’ve already read the words that I’ve written! Every one of you is acknowledging the obvious—No, we cannot. why is this so? How can “I” say this with some confidence? It is because we are ONE; those of us who cling to one another cling to the Cosmic Forces of inevitability. We are ONE.
Earlier I described our present condition as a “dalliance” with bias. You all KNOW what “bias” is: it’s a systematic distortion of the Truth; a particular inclination that prevents an objective and balanced consideration of a question. It is a prejudice and we’ve infected our All Mind with it, to such a degree, that we are all now experiencing its effect as a distortion of the Truth. Why are we here? Because we WANT to be. Why do we suffer? Because we WANT to suffer. Why is there duality? Because WE’VE manufactured it. Why aren’t they arresting people? Because WE don’t WANT to be arrested! Why can’t we have justice, equity, equality, and harmony? Because WE don’t WANT such things in THIS paradigm! Why can’t we CHANGE this paradigm? Because we don’t understand what “Change” IS!
And so, there is this “tearing apart” as one part of the ONE secedes from “the other.” We “see” the paradox. We ascertain that there is this moment of compromise approaching. We’re calling it “ascension.” We approach an event within which a dichotomy will take place as a feature of our collective consciousness. “The other” will agree to disagree; such is the nature of conciliation. There, in this time of no time, a fissure will erupt in the space/time continuum disclosing the presence of a portal to another world—one of our own making. Approaching its event horizon, we shall separate, one from the other, to begin our journeys into an ever-expanding consciousness in which everything that we “think” will manifest as everything that we really are. Millions of epochs will pass in the context of these journeys until each-and-every-one of us find ourselves standing before the face of the One Infinite Creator asking ourselves: “What the hell just happened?”
Do any of you understand what we’ve ALL just realized?
Love and Light,
