Then she finished her another Astronomy difficult part "S.E.T.I., Exoplanets, and life on Mars" in end of 2021. Despina studied and worked non stop for 8 years. Having already from her childhood 2 writing awards , right now even though she is not even 35 years old she had 50 awards globally!!

The glamorous appearance of the internationally renowned actress attended twice the red carpet at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival, and captivated all eyes of the onlookers! Despina, who started her international career at the Cannes Film Festival a few years ago, stole the show while shocking with her performances! She was the only Greek-American woman who managed to step on the red carpet of the biggest European Film Festival with two American-language films: a comedy and drama! The first film, Tango Shalom, was shown with the packed theater and the audience applauding it! She represented the entire cast as only she and the producer of the "Greek fat wedding“ were present. With her appearance on the red carpet, the rhinestones began to shine and the photographers were impressed by the presence of the actress and her change in interpretation as a religious Jew. „ I always prefer to play comedy characters very seriously. That’s why I love Peter Sellers, Jery Lewis etc. The same I made in my Stand up Comedy shows“. Despina appeared with a veramam hot coutpure toilet of the Joycard Concept Couture dress and stole the show.
In the Hollywood comedy "Tango Shalom" she stars alongside Laine Kazan, Renee Taylor, Faye Dunaway and other big stars, and is directed by Gabriel Bologna! Vision Films is one of the largest distribution companies in the world. Despina attracted like Magnet the audience. She was a female version of Jack Nicholson, because she appeared with sunglasses and the same sexy smile, same time she said jokes to the audience and made them laugh!

In her second appearance on the red carpet, at the premiere of the legendary David Cronenberg's Crimes of the Future, she preferred a bright red Ladkaris hot Couture, again with sunglasses. Also, the international actress, who has so far been featured on some of the biggest American channels such as HBO, Amazon and NETFLIX, has collaborated with the Pink Floyd, has triumphed this year playing and co-directing in Ridley Scott's new film "Life in a Day", receiving lots of proposals during the Cannes Film Festival. During the pandemic last years she managed to make 3 British films, where in one she played Sophia Loren, in another Elizabeth Taylor, and co-directed and starred in a third British film with Ridley Scott. Next year she had finished already a drama film "American Connection“, directed by the brilliant Jeff Espanol where she played next to Fay Dunaway, another, "Duke of New York" where she played with Angel Salazar( know him from Scarface, and Carlitos way with Al Pacino), and "Played Possum" with her best comedian friend Steve Kimbrough, her comedy, "Nurses do it better" with talented Stephan Pacheco, and "Despina’s Boulevard", a new film who wrote especially for her the new genius director Clinton Siegle and received already 5 awards!!At the end her philanthropy actions, many income of her shows she gave to homeless and a really diamond heart-Woman how we can not be in love with this amazing actress and scientist? Impossible!
