Dominik Tarolli is the Founder of DOMINUS Lab, an organization dedicated to supporting Christian entrepreneurs. His work focuses on helping individuals integrate their faith with business and providing resources to startup creators in the Christian community. While specific personal background details may not be widely publicized, his leadership in organizing events like DOMINUS Ideas highlights his commitment to fostering faith-based entrepreneurship and offering guidance for aspiring business leaders.
Great question! I believe that the battle for the next generation is happening online—and Christians are currently losing.
Right now, young people aren’t looking to the Church for guidance—they’re looking to social media, their friends, and tech entrepreneurs.
If we don’t build faith-driven companies, secular companies will shape the future without us.
That’s why I founded DOMINUS Lab —to equip Christian entrepreneurs with:
✅ World-Class Education – Learn from experienced and real Christian founders.
✅ Experienced Mentors – Get the right guidance at the right time from the right people who have done it before.
✅ Faith-Based Investors – Connect with Kingdom-minded capital that share your beliefs.
✅ A Powerful Christian Business Network – Because the right people accelerate your success and we use the latest AI technology for matchmaking.
The biggest advantage of startups is speed—not money. Victory is achieved by Speed!
Most people think they need funding to start a company. That’s false. The greatest companies in history didn’t start with money—they started with an idea and relentless execution.
✅ Apple began in a garage,
✅ Facebook was built in a dorm room.
✅ Google & HP started in a garage as well,
About 10,000 businesses are started every single day in the USA by ordinary people. And here is the reality check that you can do without money: Try to get 3 initial customers within 48 hours and see if they really pay for what you offer.
Your main mission is not to create the demand for something you find exciting. It’s to find excited customer and satisfy them. Don’t argue with the market but with your offer. The market is for startups what the wave is for surfer – even the best surfer can’t surf without a wave.
3. How do you handle fear of failure or rejection, and what strategies keep you motivated?
Success isn’t about avoiding failure—it’s about failing in the right direction.
Most people think successful entrepreneurs don’t fail. In reality, they fail more than everyone else—they just recover faster.
💡 How I personally handled failure:
At Procedural, we had many doubters and faced many rejections. But we focused on early adopters who needed our product and ignored the rest. We were fortunated enough to get immediately traction with Hollywood movies like Cars 2, Madagascar 3, Superman, Independence Day, etc. and treated the artists like our best friends.
🔹 Lesson: If 100 people say NO, you don’t have 100 failures—you have 100 data points more, act on it!
📖 Biblical Guidance – 1 Corinthians 15:58:
"Be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain."
→ Every failure moves you one step closer to success—if you keep going, iterate, and don’t give up.
McKinsey’s “10 Rules of Growth” confirm what we already know—success comes from market leadership, talent density, and disciplined execution.
The problem isn’t knowledge; it’s focus and execution.
95% of companies never reach $1M in sales. Why? Because they chase too many things instead of executing relentlessly on what matters. Jesus built a movement with just 12 at the beginning.
Jesus didn’t try to reach everyone at once. He followed a 12+2+2+1 model—starting with 12 disciples, empowering 2 key leaders (Peter & Paul), 2 supporters (James & John), and 1 ultimate successor (the Holy Spirit). This is how movements scale.
The Parable of the Sower (Matthew 13:3-9) teaches the same lesson: Success comes from planting deeply in good soil, not scattering everywhere. At DOMINUS Lab, we focused on Christian Startups.
Lesson: We already know the success factors. The key is focus and execution. Find your “12”, plant in good soil, scale with discipline, and never give up.
Many people believe faith-driven businesses can’t compete in the secular market. But the data says otherwise:
💡 How I integrate faith in business:
✅ Faith Drives Integrity – Ethical decisions create trust and sustainability.
✅ Faith Strengthens Leadership – A strong moral compass attracts top talent.
✅ Faith Fuels Resilience – When business is about more than money, you don’t quit.
The hardest part isn’t funding or strategy—it’s getting the right people’s attention in a world that is designed to distract them.We are living in a war for attention.
The average human attention span is now shorter than a goldfish’s—just 8.25 seconds, down from 12 seconds in the year 2000.
Over the last 30 years, screen time has skyrocketed:
📱 1995: Average daily screen time: 1 hour
📱 2010: 4 hours
📱 2024: 7+ hours, with many young people exceeding 10 hours per day
TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and endless scrolling are rewiring young minds to crave instant gratification, making deep thinking, faith, and real purpose harder to pursue.
The devil’s greatest tool today isn’t destruction—it’s distraction. C.S. Lewis explains this in The Screwtape Letters, where a senior demon teaches that the best way to keep people away from God isn’t through evil—it’s through noise.
How I try to navigate It:
✅ I start my days early with meditation, reading (Magnificat) and prayer (Angelus). No screens or bluelight within the first hour except reading with my bluelight glasses in the Exodus 90 app ☺. That conencts me with God and keeps me focused.
✅ I love Colossians 3:23 and have almost always a pin on my jacket that reminds me that – “Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men” (Colossians 3:23). When progress feel slow, I remember that success isn’t measured by likes or followers, but by faithfulness to God and the mission.
✅ The Harvard study on faith-driven success proves that people of faith are happier, healthier, and more competitive. Instead of chasing fleeting attention, DOMINUS Lab focused on meaningful and mission-driven engagement, attracting people who are searching to solve the big problems.
Like Nehemiah, I try to stay on the wall and refuse to be pulled away. Success doesn’t come from chasing every new trend; it comes from staying focused on what truly matters.
Many believe faith and business are at odds, but faith isn’t a limitation—it’s a competitive advantage.
Christian entrepreneurs can align their values with success by focusing on three core principles: integrity, leadership, and resilience.
1. Faith Drives Integrity: Success built on deception is temporary. Companies with strong ethical foundations—like Chick-fil-A and Hobby Lobby—build trust, brand loyalty, and long-term profitability. Faith compels entrepreneurs to do business the right way, even when it’s harder.
2. Faith Strengthens Leadership: Great leaders serve first. The best businesses aren’t just profit-driven; they are mission-driven. Employees at faith-driven companies are 3X more engaged because they believe in a bigger purpose beyond just making money.
3. Faith Fuels Resilience: Entrepreneurship is full of setbacks. But when business is about more than money, you don’t quit. Faith provides the perseverance to stay the course, trust in God’s timing, and push through challenges.
The Formula for Success:
✔ Align Business with Purpose – Profit is good, but purpose is better. Build a business that solves real problems for real people.
✔ Surround Yourself with the Right People – Proverbs 27:17: "Iron sharpens iron." Build a network of mentors, investors, and employees who share your values.
✔ Work with Excellence – Colossians 3:23: “Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord.” Faith doesn’t excuse mediocrity—it demands excellence.
Final Thought: Psalm 23 Perspective: "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want."
Faith-driven entrepreneurs don’t just chase success—they follow their calling. When you walk with God, lead with integrity, and serve others, success follows.
🔥 Final Thought:
The next great wave of innovation should be led by Christian entrepreneurs, especially because it’s about AI.
If we don’t build faith-driven businesses, the secular world will decide the future without us.
