There then is the issue Soros shorted Chinese stock in August 2019 and accidental increased the genetic splice receptors to 500 million Chinese males instead of a specified 10 million in Hong Kong.
The Communist party threatening Soros shuts down the stock market, making all his short sells worthless until the market comes back online.
The transfer with a profit of shorting Hong Kong made someone greedy. And instead of receptors for just one province that had a large portion of Chinese from Hong Kong. Unknowns paid scientists to target those most likely within the communist party.
The release from WuXi labs was much easier than expected. Level 4 in China meant only one airlock and no one even seemed to change their shoes. Thus, the virus walked out of the lab in September and released in November.
