Balloon FREE energy with a treadmill and atmosphere temperature difference, cooling Earth in the process!

Simple and straight to the point:

A series of connected balloons, a treadmill, filled with light gas. The ones on earth level warm and expand and float up, expand more, meet cooler atmospheric layers, cool, shrink, descend, warm up by friction and warmer layers, expand, reverse inertia, and all the while oh so many ways to extract energy from it, for human use.

I have no intention of pursuing this. This is either keep, discard, or release. Public domain. But the #FractalUniverseRevolution is very dear to me, and if I can hook this idea to ways to progress in the exploration of the mathematical universe, like 'Building A Universe Competition' #BAUniC, I will do it.

For example: Balloons of various types (foam, matrix), and alternate start or end options, platforms, underground, and gaining energy more efficiently through increasingly complex structures, unlike the treadmill that any Kim Jon Un can practice and become surplus.
