Under the law on 6 Jan 2021 any member of the House of Representatives has a right to contest the electoral votes.  If they can get even one senator to join them Congress must debate the merits of the case for two hours, (I believe is the time limit).  140 GOP, including senators will contest the votes.  Senator Josh Hawley of Missouri is posting this tweet that President Trump is retweeting.

This is when Trump is saying they will expose the massive amount of fraud that occurred.  Remember that “a preponderance of the evidence” is all that is necessary for a guilty verdict in the court of law.
