The Boost Console is displayed when you click on 
The default is the P2P (Peer to Peer) Inbox. You can switch between the Inbox and Outbox by selecting from the top of the page.
I have received points but I have never sent points to anyone so I don't know how this works. More to come.

This will display your recent posts so you can easily boost them.
The menu at the top left allows you to select Newsfeed, Content, P2P (default; see above), and Buy Points.
Newsfeed displays the status of your boost requests: created, approved, and completed. Note that there is a delay from the time you submit your boost request to the time it is completed. Boost requests also must be approved by someone to deny the boosting of copyrighted material.
Content displays a history of your boosted content.
Buy Points will display the Points page.
Note that there is also the option to link your boosts to Facebook. I don't know how this works because I am not a Facebook user.
