MINDS Groups
MINDS User Guide for the Browser: Groups
The groups page is accessed by clicking on this icon in the Left Navigation Bar.
The popular (star) groups are displayed by default.
Your groups (the ones you have created or joined) are selected by this icon.
You can create a new group by using either of the following icons.
To join a group, click on the following icon.
To view a group, click anywhere on its information box. Note that you will not see any newsfeed for any group which you are not a member of.
Clicking on FEED will display the newsfeed if you are a member of the group. The number of posts is displayed below.
Clicking on MEMBERS will display the members of the group. The number of members is displayed below,
Clicking on the "Gear" icon will allow you to disable/enable notifications for the group. If already disabled, a bell with a slash diagonally across it will be displayed.
Click on JOIN to become a member of the group.
