I don't really want to get into the arguments surrounding climate change, having seen a post here yesterday which presented a list compiled by warmageddonists simply reiterating all the arguments for global warming that have over the passt few years been thoroughly demolished by real world eveidence, such as the continued presence of the north polar ice cap several years after the date were were told it would be gone forever, or record snowfalls in Europe and North America when it was predicted that snow would be a thing of the past by now. And what about those 50 million refugees displaced from their homelands by global warming by 2012. Where have they been hiding for the past five years? Or were the low lying islands they live on really an unsinkable raft made of plastic containers and other detritus of modern covilisation. While the Warmageddonist lobby, led by that branch of the Church of Sciencology cult which communicated with the world through a website titled Skeptical Science (although the only thing they show any scepticism about is any suggestion that Warmageddon is not happening / will not happen. In mathematical models of the world this holds true, however in the real world evidence continues to pile up showing that at best the climate science community were wrong and at worst they are a bunch of crooks who almost pulled off the biggest scam in the history of everything ever.
