Rocket Science

One of a myriad buildings involved in processing solid rocket propellant at a former explosives factory. The propellant paste was transported on tramways between well spaced process buildings to minimise the risk of catastrophic incidents. This site has been left to rot for nearly 30 years since production ceased, and whilst developers greedily eye the massive tract of prime realestate, the toxic legacy of ww1 & 2 war efforts has so far stalled plans to flog off multi million dollar homes. A real win for the curious 😀
