I was thinking of compiling a semi-humorous list of safety rules for spacefarers. I'd start with: 1 - If you see some strange goo in the ship that looks like it's got no business being there, DON'T EVER TOUCH IT before suiting up at the very least.

Hello Sci-fi buffs, there's a thought that hit me recently. A space battle with missiles exploding and ships torn apart and so on would leave a massive debris cloud, which at space travel speed can be destructive. How to deal with that problem - especially if the whole purpose of the battle was to take control of a sector of space, now littered with millions of fragments?
