Welcome back to another week fellow Pulmonaut! 🔥🔥 We begin the week by reflecting and projecting. We look back at that which we perceived to hinder our progress within this 'Single-Player Game' called "Life". We project forward towards that which we believe will pull us closer to our desired states. Yet within this dynamic of letting go and moving towards we must remember one thing; You are both the dream and the dreamer, both are equally true and as you continue on this path of Self Discovery & as your awareness vibrates at a higher frequency, you'll become more empathetic to the "dream" while simultaneously not allowing it to influence you as much. Or as Ken Wilber would say, "It'll hurt more, but it will matter less..." Ultimately, everything you are and that happens to you is a result of "You" for you to evolve in the you You know you have always been destined to Be...🤟

We're going to be doing a guided breathwork meditation, reaching deep into our internal space and raising our frequency to a place of joy, abundance, and happiness. While we all have our own burdens to carry, when you have like minded people on the road with you - we encourage each other, bless each other, and advocate for each other's success. In a world hell bound on division - we unite. In a world who lives in the shadows of hate - we bring love and light. This is what it means to be a Pulmonaut, to be connected by a single breath and realizing that it's only our thoughts that divide us.
