This food is called porridge beans and fried plantain this is one of the proteinous food in Africa it is a well prepared meals that gives iron and protein the beans keeps protein while plantain gives iron
This is how it is been prepared
First of all you washed beans three times I boil it throw away the hot water from the beans
Then you are another water cook it make it soft add onions, salt, Pepper, crayfish, red oil when it is a little bit dry you bring the beans down
Fry your plantain a little bit of ripe plantain
And your food is served
