"Leave it" can prevent your dog from grabbing dangerous items. Here’s how to train it:
Hold a treat in your closed hand.
When your dog sniffs or licks, say "Leave it" and wait.
The second they back off, reward them with a different treat.
Practice daily, and soon they’ll ignore temptations!
