DOB Trick - only visible from mobile app, also breaks while on browser EDIT: THIS IS FIXED NOW- NOT POSSIBLE ANYMORE.

Disclaimer: while this isn't security or safety issue, this WILL break some stuff (temporary, can be reverted usually but no guarantees), DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK!

If you accidentally stumbled upon this blog- do NOT follow those steps!! You might regret it- and i take no responsibility if something goes terribly wrong while attempting it.

This can NOT happen by accident, user must deliberatly/intentionally follow those steps  to even invoke it. 

Change your YEAR of birth to any 4 letter string. By using computer or mobile web browser capable of "inspect element" as its widely known (there are some for both android and iOS, works in similar way).

This example is done using Firefox browser, but in other browsers is very similar.

Step 1.  Go to your channel Profile, click "edit" and navigate to date of birth field. Right-Click on the "year" field , and select "Inspect" (or "inspect element"):

It will open "inspect element" console. Specific line will be selected for you (in a blue shade), which is the code dealing with that specific element (aka Year of Birth drop-down menu).

Step 2.  On the selected line, you'll see grey box with three dots.  Click on it to expand it (this is collapsed blocks for ease of read and navigate):

The code will look something like this:

Step 3:  Click on any of those values (year number, like 2020, 2021 etc), and change it to whatever you want. (You may need to hit enter key to save new value ) then simply close the Inspector console:

Step 4:  Now you can select your just created value.. Select it, select desired month and proceed to step 5 (see the notice bellow):

!! KEEP IN MIND !! 
It accepts only 4 characters. Entering more that that it will truncate to 4 letters anyways.
I haven't tested with special characters at all. (edit: see the note at the bottom of the blog)
It will reset any previous selection on month and day.
Day field will be empty with no options at all.
!!!!!!!! If you save without selecting day- it will break your "about " page to the point that you will NOT be able to edit your profile or even click anywhere from your "about" page. This is fixable as edit will work from any other place. Thiscan be avoided with manually editing day as well before saving.

To fix that...
Step 5: do same for the day box like for the year- right click on "day" box, select "inspect", it will open up Inspector console again. Only this time day field will have no values at all.
Simply replace "day" text with any number (higher than 31 is accepted- havent tried the 3 digit), close inspector console, and now you can select that digit you just entered. select it, then click "save" profile:

Done! Congratulations, you just successfully intentionally "broke" your "about" page when viewed from web browser.
But now from the app, it shows weird year of birth.

EDIT:

It seems special characters doesn't do the trick. If you enter special character, on the app it won't show date of birth at all.
