Padrón peppers filled with Brie and wrapped in bacon

Padrón peppers filled with Brie cheese, wrapped in bacon and bathed in egg, covered in flour and breadcrumbs. Oven baked until ready. Sprinkled with sea salt and served with any chilled drink. A dark alcohol free ale would be great!
