Garden Day

Hot day on the mountain. Was chilly this morning, but around 82° now. Nice day for weeding, feeding, harvesting, and planting. Harvested my sweet potatoes and replanted the slips along with some regular potatoes in the jicama bed. Had tons of extra slips, so I planted an avocado in the new patch and stuck the remaining slips all around it and throughout the patch. Dunno if they'll take, but would rather them take over than the grass. #gardening #homesteading #minds
