Australian court rejects lawsuit claiming that tough Covid-19 restrictions on overseas travel violate human rights

"Since March 2020, Australians have been required to get a special exemption from the government if they want to travel abroad. The only exception to the rule was made in April 2021, when people were allowed to fly to New Zealand without applying for a permit.

Lobbying group LibertyWorks challenged the travel restrictions after one of its employees failed to get an exemption to travel in late 2020. The Federal Court of Australia dismissed the case on Tuesday.

According to AP, LibertyWorks lawyer Jason Potts argued that the country’s biosecurity laws only allow travel controls to be placed on individuals, rather than on the entire population, and only if the person has symptoms of a disease, was exposed to it, or failed to comply with the travel requirements. Potts also claimed that Australia’s travel restrictions violate the 1966 International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, which Australia ratified.

The judges ruled that the lawsuit was based the “erroneous premise that the right [to leave Australia] is absolute.” They added that the country’s lawmakers were aware that the harsh restrictions enshrined in the Biosecurity Act “intrude upon individual rights” when they passed the law in 2015.

LibertyWorks President Andrew Cooper promised to take the case to Australia’s High Court, the highest court in the land. “We continue to believe that the outbound border closure is defective in law and, perhaps more importantly, unjust on human rights grounds,” Cooper said in an email to AP."

Australia’s Victoria state pushes ‘circuit breaker’ lockdown into 2nd week after 15 new Covid cases in last 2 days

"The Australian state of Victoria will extend a snap lockdown into a second week amid a new cluster of coronavirus infections, with the state’s premier warning the outbreak will “explode” if the restrictions aren’t kept in force.

After imposing a “circuit breaker” lockdown last week that was meant to expire on June 3, Victoria health officials extended the containment policies for another week on Wednesday, the state’s acting premier, James Merlino, announced during a press conference.

“If we let this thing run its course, it will explode,” Merlino told reporters in Melbourne, the state capital, adding that the new infections involve a viral mutation first detected in India, which he said could “become uncontrollable and people will die.” The mutation is believed to be more contagious, however there is no evidence that it’s more deadly.

Australia’s second most populous state, Victoria will now face another seven days of strict shutdown, with its 5 million residents permitted to leave their homes only for “essential” work and travel, including medical trips, grocery shopping, limited exercise and, of course, receiving coronavirus vaccinations. However, some of the rules have been relaxed for more sparsely populated parts of regional Victoria, while the most stringent restrictions will be extended over the Greater Melbourne area alone."

California Cafe Owner Charges Mask Wearers $5 Extra

"“I don’t think $5 to charity is too much to ask from mask-wearing customers who claim to care so much about the community they live in,” Chris Castleman, owner of Fiddleheads Cafe in Mendocino, told NBC News.

Proceeds from the fees go to Project Sanctuary, a domestic abuse charity, with different charities also set to see the benefit in future.

Hilariously, Castleman is also adding on an extra $5 if he overhears customers bragging about getting a COVID-19 vaccine.

In addition, customers who throw their masks in the trash will receive a whopping 50% discount for their contribution to restoring sanity.

“I don’t force anyone to pay,” said Castleman. “I give them the freedom of choice, which seems to be a foreign concept in these parts of the country.”

“The government shut everything down. Everyone wearing a mask is complicit,” he added, noting that customers were free to find a different cafe if they didn’t like it."

DOJ moves to dismiss charges against accused Capitol rioter for first time after case crumbles over lack of evidence

"The DOJ filed a motion to dismiss the case on Tuesday, with assistant US attorney Tejpal Chawla asking the court to drop a criminal complaint against Christopher Kelly of New York City after no evidence turned up that the accused had entered the Capitol building.

“The government and defense counsel have discussed the merits of the case, and upon reflection of the facts currently known to the government, the government believes that dismissal without prejudice at this time serves the interests of justice,” the prosecutor wrote.

Arrested just weeks after unrest rocked the US Capitol last January, Kelly was charged with unlawful entry and obstruction of an official proceeding, among other offenses. While investigators were initially tipped off to Kelly’s potential involvement in the riot from a confidential informant, who forwarded a number of Facebook posts that indicated he was present for the incident, the DOJ has since concluded that he did not actually enter the Capitol building, according to a law enforcement official cited by Politico.

Kelly appeared in at least one photo on the Capitol grounds posted to Facebook, while another image seen on his account was captured inside the building but does not feature Kelly himself. A post reading “we’re in” was also reportedly shared to his Facebook profile during the unrest. However, that was deemed insufficient to prove he personally entered the building.

“Since he was not inside, in the interest of consistency in the investigation, the charges were dropped,” the law enforcement official said, while DOJ spokesman Marc Raimondi told Bloomberg that the photo taken from inside the Capitol was not captured by Kelly.

Kelly’s is the first federal case to be dropped among the nearly 500 brought against suspected rioters. While breaching the police line around the Capitol was also technically against the law, the DOJ has largely focused its charges on those who entered the building itself.

Investigations into the riot have hit snags before, however, with the DOJ forced to backtrack after a federal prosecutor in Arizona claimed that rioters planned to “capture and assassinate” government officials in January. The explosive comments made headlines, but were later brushed aside by the acting US attorney in Washington, DC, who said no evidence of such a plot was ever uncovered."

Isolate us from one another, supplant real-world interactions with virtual feuds, label nonconformists as a threat to the group, and pump the public with a disinformation campaign designed to confuse and atomize. In essence, foster a cultlike mentality that shuts down thought to guarantee assent.

Cultivate and wield our cognitive biases—especially ingroup bias, conformity bias, and authority bias—against us in a comprehensive divide-and-conquer policy that keeps us too busy squabbling amongst each other to recognize and unite against those corralling us into a Matrix-like collective delusion that enables the powerful to extract our resources for their own gain.

This ideological mass psychosis is religion—not science. If this were about science, the Media–Pharmaceutical–Big-Tech complex would not be memory-holing every dissenting voice, vilifying every thought criminal, and censoring every legitimate inquiry in quest of the truth.

France to vaccinate those aged 12-to-18 against Covid starting in mid-June, Macron says

"“We decided this morning, from June 15 to start opening the vaccination for adolescents, the youngest, and from June 15, to allow 12–18-year-olds to go to be vaccinated,” Macron told BFM TV on Wednesday.

Macron said more details would be announced in the coming days.

France’s Health Minister Olivier Veran confirmed that the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine would be used when inoculating children.

The announcement comes after the European Medicines Agency last week gave its approval to Pfizer-BioNTech’s ‘Comirnaty’ Covid-19 vaccine for use in children aged 12 to 15.

The US-German jab is the first authorized for children by the EU’s regulator, which based its decision on the results of a US study of around 2,000 children that found the vaccine to be safe and effective."

"Beijing has called on the US to provide an explanation for a respiratory disease in northern Virginia and a large-scale outbreak of e-cigarette disease in Wisconsin after Washington launched a new probe into Covid-19’s origins.

The spokesman said that there was an unexplained respiratory disease in northern Virginia in July 2019 and a large-scale outbreak of e-cigarette disease in Wisconsin. “When will the US release detailed data and information on relevant cases to the international community? The United States owes an explanation to the international community.”

The Maryland-based US Fort Detrick center hosts a biolab which has become a hot topic on China’s Twitter-like Weibo. In 2019, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention decided to issue a “cease and desist order” to halt operations at the germ lab over safety concerns."

Google partners with major US hospital chain to develop ‘healthcare algorithms’ using data from 32 MILLION ‘patient interactions’

"The tech giant announced its “strategic partnership” with HCA Healthcare on Wednesday, saying it will work with the Nashville-based company to develop a “secure and dynamic data analytics platform,” hoping the technology will help to increase efficiency and patient monitoring, as well as marshal data to guide doctors’ decisions.

Running more than 2,000 healthcare sites, including 185 hospitals, across the US and the UK, HCA said the new tech will help to organize data from the chain’s 32 million annual patient encounters, with the company’s chief medical officer, Dr. Jonathan Perlin, telling the Wall Street Journal the algorithms would act as a “central nervous system.”

Google will make use of its AI and analytics teams, as well as its Cloud Healthcare API and “planetary-scale” BigQuery database to build custom tools for HCA. The tech will be applied in non-clinical settings as well, the companies added, saying it would improve workflows for “supply chain, human resources and physical plant operations.”

Before seeking deals with other providers, Google attempted to create its own healthcare database. Launched in 2008, Google Health offered an opt-in service that asked users to volunteer their own information, but was shuttered just four years later due to an apparent lack of interest. The company revived the effort in 2018, but with a greater focus on providers rather than individual patients, this time working with British AI firm DeepMind. That work would later be parlayed into Google’s controversial and secretive deal with Ascension, dubbed ‘Project Nightingale’, which was only revealed to the public in 2019 by a report in the Wall Street Journal."

Your government and the financial interests who operate the puppet strings of their politician, media and central banker puppets do constitute a malevolent Deep State, designed to enrich themselves, while subjugating, controlling, and manipulating the masses. That was unexpected: Amazon, Barnes & Noble memory-hole Fauci’s book amid email revelations

"No official explanation was offered by either company. Fauci’s publisher, National Geographic Books, said in a statement that the book was taken down because it had been “prematurely posted for pre-sale.”

They also said the book was being developed “in connection” with the upcoming National Geographic documentary about Fauci, and that he would not be earning any profits or royalties from it.

However, the website of National Geographic Books made no mention of Fauci’s book, not even as an upcoming release (unlike several others, some still lacking titles). ‘Expect the Unexpected’ was also still available for preorder on Amazon’s overseas websites – UK, Germany and Japan – as well as the Australian retailer Booktopia.

Announced on Tuesday for publication on November 2, the book was supposed to be a compilation of interviews over Fauci’s 34-year career as director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, and discuss his role in leading the US response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

What changed between Tuesday and Wednesday was the publication of a massive cache of emails to and from Fauci, obtained through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request by BuzzFeed. While it and other corporate outlets – such as the Washington Post and CNN – put a positive spin on the revelations, internet sleuths quickly posted screenshots of emails that painted an entirely different picture.

Among the emails was Fauci’s correspondence with Peter Daszak, head of the EcoHealth Alliance nonprofit, thanking the bureaucrat for “publicly standing up and stating that the scientific evidence supports a natural origin for Covid-19 from a bat-to-human spillover, not a lab release from the Wuhan Institute of Virology.” Daszak was working with the WIV to research bat coronaviruses, using money given to EcoHealth by Fauci’s institute.

Another shows his deputy Hugh Auchincloss telling Fauci about a 2015 report on gain-of-function research on a “SARS-like cluster of circulating bat coronaviruses,” adding that he was looking to establish “if we have any distant ties to this work abroad.”"

Nevada Election Integrity To Date

"Three months before the U.S. Presidential election on Nov. 3, 2020, Governor Steve Sisolak signed a 100-page bill into law that changed Nevada election and voting laws. He justified his signing by saying it would “allow Nevadans to safely cast a ballot” during the pandemic. Still, those opposed saw the expansion of mail-in voting and allowances for ballot harvesting to be changes that would enable widespread fraud.

Under the new law, individuals could sign ballots on someone else’s behalf and could include multiple ballots in one envelope. No signature was required on the ballots as long as the envelope was signed, and ballots received without a postmark were to be considered valid until proven otherwise. AB 4 also required that all active voters receive a ballot by mail even if they hadn’t requested one and allowed drop boxes to collect the ballots without a signature requirement.

In 2012, New York Times reported, “Votes cast by mail are less likely to be counted, more likely to be compromised and more likely to be contested than those cast in a voting booth,” and “There is a bipartisan consensus that voting by mail, whatever its impact, is more easily abused than other forms.” They referenced the 2005 Commission on Federal Election Reform report that concluded, “Absentee ballots remain the largest source of potential voter fraud.”

The Nevada State Republican Party has maintained that there were election integrity issues worth pursuing all along. On Nov. 5, they sent a criminal referral to Attorney General William Barr with “at least 3,062 instances of voter fraud,” in which they said, “thousands of individuals have been identified who appear to have violated the law by casting ballots after they moved from NV.” The Nevada GOP has also taken up election integrity efforts legally after Trump’s cases were lost in court.

A 2020 Election Integrity Brief document summarizes those efforts through 2020. It includes more links to information about irregularities claimed by NVGOP, such as duplicate voters, votes by non-citizens and out-of-state voters, affidavits from poll workers, and the 120-page report on buying of votes. There is also a whistleblower report that claims there are multiple independent insiders that the USPS tried to obstruct from testifying. They allege that USPS’s internal decisions to deliver ballots to undeliverable addresses and illegally forward ballots from the deceased to their living relatives.

On March 4th, NVGOP brought boxes of Election Integrity Violation Reports (EIVR) from the 2020 election to Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske. “Today, we dropped off 122,918 Election Violation Reports to assist in a meaningful investigation. Nevadans want free and fair elections.” The Nevada Republican Party Chairman Michael J. McDonald said the hand-delivered reports were prepared to “assist the Secretary of State in fulfilling her constitutional duty to investigate potential voter fraud.”

SoS Cegavske later made a statement that 3,963 EIVR’s had been received. Nevada GOP replied on 3/16/21 that there should have been 40,669 separate reports containing the total of 122,918 voter records:

“3,987 Individual Non-Citizen Voter Complaints; 1,506 Individual Deceased Voter Complaints; 2,468 Individual National Change of Address to Out of State Complaints; 31,643 ID Required Flagged Individuals; 324 Federal Post Card Registration Complaints; 120-Page Report on Native American Cash for Votes Scheme; 42,284 Individual Duplicate Voter Complaints; 15,164 Non-Nevada Mailing Addresses; 8,842 Commercial Registration Addresses; 8,111 Non-Existent Addresses; 8,529 Reactivated Votes by Mail; and 60 Voters in Clark County with the first name ‘Resident’ last name ‘Resident.’”

As such, we would encourage the Secretary to review the totality of the evidence presented and assure Nevadan’s that she is going to investigate each and every complaint. Frankly, this investigation should have occurred months ago. The Secretary has said time and time again that there is no evidence of voter fraud and thus nothing to investigate. Nevertheless, her office has now validated our assertion that there was voter fraud in the 2020 election when she confirmed that many of these reports were ‘already under investigation.’“

About a month later, on April 12, the Nevada GOP resolved to censure SoS Cegavske for what they say is a “failure to investigate all potential fraudulent votes and irresponsible public statements regarding the fairness of the election.”

April 21, she released a detailed report about the EIVR’s which concluded, “While the NVGOP raises policy concerns about the integrity of mail-in voting, automatic voter registration, and same-day voter registration, these concerns do not amount to evidentiary support for the contention that the 2020 general election was plagued by widespread voter fraud.”

These changes increase the opportunity for fraud and decrease citizen confidence in the results. These people can't be so thick that they do not grasp this simple truth.

Poland to vaccinate children as young as 12 after EU approved Pfizer’s Covid-19 jab for adolescents

"“Due to the decisions of the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the recommendation of the Medical Council, we have made a decision that from June 7, vaccinations of children aged 12 to 15 will begin. This is 2.5 million students,” the country’s vaccine chief, Michal Dworczyk, told a news briefing.

The EMA said on Friday its medicines committee had approved Pfizer-BioNTech’s Comirnaty vaccine for younger teens, saying it is safe and effective.

Its decision came after a US trial of around 2,000 children showed the vaccine was 100% effective at preventing Covid-19 in recipients, while no additional side effects in adults were reported."

2) We will take control of the economy, starting with money and finance (especially the Federal Reserve), and create an economy of the people, by the people and for the people.

The speculative economy will end and all fiscal policy will be drafted in close coordination with citizens using scientific data concerning the true short-term and long-term challenges facing our nation. For-profit organizations will play no role in the formulation of economic policy, nor will foreign economic concerns. Corporations whose stock is owned by foreign interests, that have their headquarters outside of the United States, will not be considered American.

3) We will establish true journalism, starting with journalism produced by networks of patriotic citizens, that is dedicated to the pursuit of truth, and does not shy away from taboo subjects. This journalism will have no corporate sponsors and will be accompanied by social media networks and search engines that are run as regional and national cooperatives responsible to the people, that have pursuit of truth, not profit, as their paramount goal.

4) We will establish an international committee of ethical citizens to oversee an investigation of the criminal actions by those pretending to be the United States government for the last twenty years. Base on the findings of those public investigations, we will make proposals for a revolutionary restructuring of the government so as to make the citizen again sovereign.

Only then will we be able to hold transparent and accountable elections for the President and the Congress that allow the citizens to vote on the basis of accurate information, elections from which corporate money and private wealth will be banned.

Criminal syndicates like the Democratic Party and the Republican Party, not described in the Constitution, will play no role in these open and fair elections.

5) We will set down national security priorities related to the threats facing our citizens. The process of assessing those security concerns will be immune from the lobbying of weapons manufactures and investment banks. We will consider crucial issues such as the collapse of biodiversity, the destruction of our climate, the concentration of wealth and the misuse of technology to destroy the minds of our citizens. We will also stop the use of automation and communications technology by corporations to destroy our livelihoods. We see the war of the rich against the citizens of the Earth as the primary security threat of our age.

6) We will reform the United Nations so that it will become a space for true “Earth” governance that takes an internationalist perspective, and is not a tool for globalism. We will banish from the United Nations the money chargers and the plutocracy who have shredded the United Nations Charter and made its employees into their lapdogs.

The demands are simple, but achieving them will require vision, inspiration, tenacity and sacrifice. The rebuilding of the United States, in accord with its sacred Constitution, will be both a national and an international project.

Sweden Says PCR Tests “Cannot be Used to Determine Whether Someone Is Contagious”

"According to the Swedish Public Health Agency, PCR technology cannot distinguish between viruses capable of infecting cells and viruses that have been neutralized in the immune system. As a result, these tests “cannot be used to determine whether someone is contagious or not.” They emphasize what many other experts in the field have been emphasizing during the entire pandemic, that,

“RNA from the virus can often be detected for weeks (sometimes months) after the illness but does not mean that you are still contagious. There are also several  scientific studies that suggest that the contagion of COVID-19 is greatest at the disease period.”

Even if RNA is detected at anytime, this does not mean you are infectious and capable of infecting others.

This is true, PCR tests can be positive for up to 100 days after an exposure to the virus. PCR tests do nothing more than confirm the presence of fragments of viral RNA of the target SARS CO-V2 virus in someone’s nose. While a person with COVID-19 is infectious for a one-to-two week period, non-viable (harmless) viral SARS CO-V2 fragments remain in the nose and can be detected by a PCR test for up to 100 days after exposure.

A recent article published in The Lancet medical journal explains that PCR tests can be “positive” for up to five times longer than the time an infected person is actually infectious. They explain that up to 75% of “positive” individuals are most likely post-infectious.

As a result the Swedish government recommends assessing COVID infections, and freedom from infections,

"based on stable clinical improvement with freedom from fever for at least two days and that at least seven days have past since the onset of symptoms. For those who have had more pronounced symptoms, at least 14 days after the illness and for the very sickest, individual assessment by the treating doctor.”

An article published in the journal Clinical Infectious Diseases found that among positive PCR samples with a cycle count over 35, only 3 percent of the samples showed viral replication. This can be interpreted as, if someone tests positive via PCR when a Ct of 35 or higher is used,  the probability that said person is actually infected is less than 3%, and the probability that said result is a false positive is 97%. In this case false positive means a person is not infectious or capable of transmitting the virus to others. (source)

Dr. Anthony Fauci himself told This Week in Virology in July 2020, “If you get a cycle threshold of 35 or more … the chances of it being replication-competent are minuscule.” Why then has our national testing standard never reflected this? PCR providers should work with other labs to perform a random viral culture, as mentioned by Bullard above, on those who received positive results, to validate their tests in terms of being an indicator of infectiousness.

What percentage of cases have been a result of a lower cycle threshold, let’s say below 20? These would be the cases, at least some of them, that would be more accurate in identifying a person who is actually infectious. If these tests, as the Swedish government says, cannot be used properly to identify an infectious person, even at a low Ct why haven’t we just put measures in place that apply to symptomatically sick people?

Health policy has been guided and dictated by the number of “cases.” It’s why lockdowns and mask mandates have been put in place regardless of the damage they cause and have caused. What if the majority of “positive” cases during this pandemic have been people who are not capable of spreading the disease – who are not even sick? It would represent an astronomical mistake on the part of multiple governments and the World Health Organization (WHO). Should we not be focusing on perhaps limiting the spread via symptomatic people, instead of punishing and restricting the rights and freedoms of people who are not sick?"

You want to find out more, so you look at one or two of the links under the video that provide source material for what the speaker said. (Great those links are there; most videos don’t have them.)

Or a friend who is a believer in the official narrative about Covid has sent you a news item with a scary headline about the Indian ‘triple-mutation new variant.’ You’re pretty sure the article is very misleading, so you want to check out the study it’s based on.

How can you find source material and — if and when you find it – try to quickly figure out whether it’s legit?

UK: How to opt-out of the NHS’s imminent data grab

"The UK’s NHS plans to import the medical records of 55 million patients into a digital database that will be shared with third parties. Privacy activists have heavily criticized the plan, describing it as “legally problematic.”

His model was the ‘Ohio Vax-a-Million’ lottery, which started May 26 and will award $1 million each week to an adult resident who has received at least one Covid-19 vaccine dose, according to Governor Mike DeWine, a Republican.

State lottery drives were preceded by local and corporate incentive campaigns, such as New Orleans giving away free crawfish – a Louisiana seafood staple – or Krispy Kreme offering a free donut every week to anyone who shows a vaccination card.

As of Tuesday, 135,867,425 people in the US have been fully vaccinated, while 168,489,729 have received at least one dose – according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) – out of an estimated population of 330 million."

Not only are these programs poor leadership, they're completely unethical. You can't dangle treats in front of people you've just shocked & awed for a year with fear & economic devastation and consider those individuals to be acting with entirely free will. It's such slimy manipulation.

Something broke within the debt saturated financial system and Powell was ordered to restart QE and start reducing interest rates to fend off disaster. In a fascinating coincidence, Event 201, a pandemic simulation, was conducted on October 18 in New York City, jointly run by The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, World Economic Forum, and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The four-year coup attempt by the Deep State against Trump was floundering, with their pathetic last gasp impeachment farce in January 2020.

The weaponization of the Chinese bio-weapon lab virus into a global pandemic narrative accomplished numerous objectives for the Deep State. The past year has borne out Huxley’s painless concentration camp analogy, as we allowed ourselves to be locked down in our homes, while enjoying the fact our liberties and freedoms were taken away by government tyrants at the behest of billionaires pretending to be medical authorities and bought off medical “experts”. Any thoughts of rebelling against this tyranny had been conditioned out of the masses over the course of decades. This is why there are no macro-solutions to extract us from this concentration camp.

When I write articles detailing the subversion of our country by the Deep State/criminal cabal/ruling elite/oligarchy, a frequent comment has been – “He is great at detailing the problems, how come he never offers any solutions?” That comment always irritates me, because I have proposed solutions for over a decade, which never had a chance of being implemented or even considered. I wrote an article one week after the election of Barack Obama in November 2008 –  U.S. Economy: There Are No Problems, Only Solutions – which laid out dozens of solutions to what I considered the major problems facing our nation.

How naïve, uninformed, and foolish I was back then to think any of my proposals had a realistic chance of being adopted, when the ruling class had created the system and reaped the benefits from maintaining it just as it is. Working to get Ron Paul elected in 2008 and 2012 was a futile effort. Our political leaders are selected, not elected, as we have seen with Dementia Joe and his cackling vacuous VP. Hoping for the next election to go your way and your favorite candidate to win is nothing but false hope. The system is rigged, and they do not care what you think. We need to cast aside childish thoughts and deal with the harsh reality of being pawns in a game we do not control. Quigley described the two-party farce five decades ago, and it has only gotten worse since.

We only have micro-solutions which can be implemented on an individual level to reduce our risk and exposure to the criminal enterprise known as our government. Depending on our financial resources, location, occupation, and personalities, we can all take actions which provide more freedom and distance from the corrupt system. Make no mistake, we are at war with evil men with evil intentions, and they have no qualms about killing you or your family. Individual actions will matter.

Breaking: Windham Auditors Tampered With Machine Tape Data

"Last Friday, when the machine reports were being printed at the audit, Todd, who has kept a close watch on Hursti, took pictures of them. Late Thursday, she had the report pictures up on her computer when something earth-shattering caught her eye. She spoke about it Thursday evening in a live video with Nick Moseder, CammCon, Susan Dee Settenbrino, and Professor David Clements.

Todd, a financial auditor and founder of NH Voter Integrity Group, reported that activity on a computer with firmware software on it would be listed on an internal audit report. Indeed, this is the case with Windham’s machines, which are serviced and maintained by LHS Associates. Interestingly, LHS President Jeff Silvestro was present multiple days at the audit. Upon looking closer at the pictures of the machine’s audit report from May 12, Todd noticed the following specific line items among others:

--Line 30 – Session Start, date 5/12/21

--Line 31 – Machine put in “Supervise Mode”

--Line 33 – Memory Card Reset

--Line 34 – Session Start, date 5/12/21

--Line 35 – Prep for Election

--Line 36 – Clear Counters

--Line 37 – Session Start, date 11/3/20

--Line 43 – Session Start, date 11/5/20

According to Todd and reported by UncoverDC, Hursti previously indicated that he would need to reset the entire memory card because it was not possible to clear the counters. Upon seeing the machine’s audit report, Todd realized that was not true, and the memory card does not need to be deleted, as Hursti insisted.

Looking further at the tape, Todd observed more damning evidence of potentially fraudulent activity. She said Hursti previously stated on record the machines need to be registered with the date of Nov. 3 for Windham’s forensic audit. However, as evident on line 43, before Hursti printed the reports from the machine, he changed the date to 11/5/20, which would have removed all of the algorithms in the device associated with 11/3/20. It is also possible, according to Settenbrino, to set the date at the top of the tape to 11/3/20 even though the date on line 43 is 11/5/20.

Simply put, Nick Moseder summarized the smoking-gun discovery as follows:

“Someone went in, reopened the election, and then closed it and back-dated it. What this proves—in theory—is ballot stuffing. Meaning, they can run through ballots after the election, close it down, and backdate it.”

In an interview with local station WMUR after the conclusion of the audit, Hursti said the exhaustive investigation revealed no indication of wrongdoing or manipulation of the voting machines in Windham. Hursti remarked that he is amazed by the influx of doctored videos created around the auditors’ work, adding:

“Nothing today is showing evidence of fraud. Nothing today is showing evidence of digital manipulation of the machines. Right now, this seems to be a case of a perfect storm where so many things happened in order to have this discrepancy. It’s amazing how much disinformation and dishonest reporting has been spreading, especially last night. I need to have a second beer when watching those.”"

Could this just be a misunderstanding? Certainly. But computers in elections only increase the possibility of major misunderstandings. We should stop using them to vote.
