Tron has acquired Steemit and there is a lot of talk and uncertainty about the future of Steemit and what this all means. I’d like to share with you my thoughts on this and where I think things are headed.

It came as a shock to a lot of users when we heard that Steemit was sold, but we had heard rumors for the past few months this might happen. The big question now is will the other dapps continue running on Steem or seek to migrate to TRON?

Tron has also acquired DLive which will migrate from Lino to TRON in April. Justin has said they don’t intend to take away from Steem and aim to support it so let’s hope that’s exactly the case.

The links below are the tweet about the sale of Steemit by Ned Scott and the AMA he did with Justin Sun:

What does this mean for Steem? What will this mean going forward for TRON? Are you moving any of your investments? What are your thoughts on this acquisition? Will the other dapps continue running on Steem or seek to migrate to TRON? Let me know what you think about this in the comments below and don’t forget to subscribe!
