Dear Brave Soul,
Look at you! You're still standing after everything you have been through. All those times Life knocked you down, those times when your knees buckled and you fell face first to the ground.
Yet, here you are. Still breathing. Still standing. Living another day, giving yourself another chance to prove to the world what you are truly made of.
Sure, you felt weak. You wanted to give up. I'm here to tell you, that wasn't weakness. That was your soul requesting rest. Time plays tricks on the mind convincing you there is some race to attend.
Life is found in the pause. When you slow yourself down just enough to breathe in the beauty of you. In this stillness you can feel your soul and hear its whispers. It is in this moment where you connect to your very life force. The energy which moves your breath and blood reminding you there is life left to live. The very line which connects the realm of earth to the realm of heaven. Your connection to Source energy, the field of God.
Your soul, God's breath manifested in human form, holds the key to your life, your purpose, the very reason you incarnated on Earth. The feeling of being lost is only because you have forgotten the real you.
It's time to come home to yourself.
When you stop asking "why" and start living your life you will find that love is the answer to it all. Simple sure. To live fully is the greatest expression of love. To take your life in your own hands, to love every inch of your body, to master your flaws as well as your strengths, to be unapologetically YOU is the highest form of gratitude you can live in as well as the greatest gift you can give this world.
You're still here, you're still standing after everything you've been through. Are you ready to thrive and live fully? Are you ready to experience life through the lens of love for self? If so, ask yourself this:
•What scares me more: swimming in this chaos or leaping with faith?
The unknown is only scary because you made yourself believe you were in control. You conned yourself into believing there is some satisfactory answer to every "why."
My dear, you are merely along for the ride. Together, your soul and God are in control. The only you can truly control is that mind of yours. It's your gift. Make it work for you. If not, you will always be against yourself.
Let go and float. Surrender opens all the doors to peace. You're still standing. You're still here. That can only mean one thing:
As long as there is breath in your lungs, there is much purpose to you being here. Leap into the unknown and know that faith with always carry you and your soul has the coordinates to find the kingdom of heaven dwelling within that precious body of yours.
