Trying to seek the middle ground is hard & sometimes can be near impossible in this day & age yet as an Arbitrator is to bring two sides tow together to a mutual understanding. To bring two sides together one must try to understand both sides & in that I do seek to achieve but will admit may not happen every time. Arbitrator will also seek to voice for those that don’t have one or had their voice drowned out by others as the Arbitrator. As Christen I believe my faith give me a good foundation to try to be the Arbitrator in most situations even if my faith would seem to hold me back in some.
