*XL / Tall Paul; an integral part of Plymouth's Hip~Hop DJ & entertainment scene since the early 90's. Creating & performing at events which promote the Kulture of Hip~Hop & it's original philosophy of peace, love, unity & safely having fun. XL champions skills & integrity over superficiality, gaining the mutual respect of his peers and contemporaries over the years. XL is accustomed to many styles of DJ'ing, with various musical genres. *XL; an innovator in the use of 'Turntablism' as a live sound backdrop and accompaniment to live theatrical performance - 'Kicking & Screaming' tour 1999 ( Barbican Theatre). *Joint organiser of FLAVA, the longest running Hip~Hop event in the UK. *XL has performed at numerous events, supporting a multitude of artists including :- Afrika Bambaatta & DJ Jazzy Jay, DJ Grandmaster Flash, DJ Ca$h Money, The En4cers, DJ 279, DJ Noize, DJ Mr Thing, De La Soul / DJ Maseo, Schooly-D, Akil ( Jurassic 5 ), Mark-B & Blade, The Scratch Perverts, Task Force, Roots Manuva, Si-Spex, Sam Richards, Clive Stevens.
