I'm a Journalist who left Journalism after being censored during my coverage of the 2004 Republican National Convention in NYC and subsequently being blacklisted due to the blanket policy Newsday instituted during their circulation scandal (Two unrelated & unfortunate affairs). I've decided to re-enter the Journalistic arena due mainly in part to the various Youtubers whom have breathed new life into my Field as of late, with their coverage of the 2016 U.S. Presidential election firmly entrenching these various folks as the new standard in freelance Journalism. As I am re-entering my field, I felt this would be the perfect place to start, especially since Mr. Dave Cullen (@DaveCullen) of Computing Forever fame is one of the people I cite as reinvigorating my faith in the field. I appreciate his indirect hand in making this decision as well as his direct affect he has had by guiding me to this website. Có 6 loại mụn cơ bản và đặc điểm của từng loại mụn: 1. Mụn đầu trắng: Mụn đầu trắng được hình thành khi bã nhờn trên da tiết ra nhiều, kết hợp với tế bào chết gây tắt nghẽn lỗ chân lông, sinh ra mụn. Do nhân mụn nằm trong lỗ chân lông kín nên có màu trắng, nhân cứng. Mụn không sưng, không đỏ, là những nốt rất nổi gồ lên bề mặt da mà nhiều khi không thấy rõ được bằng mắt thường trừ khi nhìn thật gần hoặc sờ vào bằng tay. Có nhân trắng, cứng hoặc chưa có miệng cồi (mụn ẩn, mụn sần), nằm dưới da. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PrAVuK7r70U 2. Mụn đầu đen: Sự hình thành giống mụn đầu trắng nhưng do nhân trứng cá nằm trong lỗ chân lông hở miệng, tiếp xúc với không khí bị oxy hoá nên chuyển sang màu đen ở trên, màu trắng ở dưới, nhân cứng, màu trắng đục. Mụn đầu đen là tổn thương sớm nhất của mụn, nếu không xử lí đúng có thể dẫn đến viêm sâu hơn và chuyển biến thành các dạng mụn nặng hơn. 3. Sợi, tuyến bã nhờn: Đây không phải là một dạng của mụn, tuy nhiên nó rất thường xuyên bị nhầm lẫn với mụn đầu đen. Sợi bã nhờn thường nhìn thấy rõ nhất ở vùng mũi và vùng xung quanh mũi và hầu như tất cả mọi người đều có nó. Vậy chúng là gì? Thực chất chúng chỉ là những ống rất nhỏ chứa bã nhờn và khi da tiếp xúc với khói, bụi bẩn, môi trường không khí bên ngoài làm oxy hóa nên chúng thường có màu đen và nặn ra sẽ có dang sợi mảnh, trắng. Đó không phải là mụn đầu đen như mọi người lầm tưởng nhưng nếu chúng ta không giữ da sạch, giúp da được thông thoáng, chúng sẽ dễ dàng gây nghẽn lỗ chân lông và biến thành dạng mụn đầu đen. 4. Mụn đỏ, dạng nhân trứng cá bị viêm: đó là khi mụn đầu đen hoặc đầu trắng đã bị viêm, chuyển thành mụn đỏ, hơi sưng, có thể cảm giác hơi đau khi đụng vào. 5. Mụn mủ: Là mụn đỏ bị viêm nặng hơn, bắt đầu có mủ vàng hoặc trắng bên trong. Mụn sưng to và đau nhức hơn, tuy nhiên do chỉ mới viêm đến lớp nang lông, nên mụn không gây ra sẹo lõm và thâm nhiều như mụn bọc. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PrAVuK7r70U 6. Mụn dạng nang, mụn bọc, viêm nặng: Là loại mụn viêm với đường kính to hơn rất nhiều so với mụn đỏ hoặc mụn mủ. Loại mụn này thường sưng đỏ, đa phần có rất nhiều mủ, gây đau nhức nhiều. Lúc này sự viêm nhiễm đã xâm nhập sâu dưới lớp tế bào da gây nên mụn bọc và cho dù có lành vẫn sẽ để lại sẹo lõm.
