We dream to embody fully those terms in the near future, in a world where housing is a business, most homes are designed to be dependent on centralized/industrialized systems to have access to basic resources and function. Requiring constant input from the grid, conventional housing can only satisfy part of human basic needs.
Housing is a major part of human life and needs to shift to a new paradigm if people in industrialized country wishes to return in a balance with Earth. To shift we need a home that takes care of itself and most importantly takes care of us. Imagine a home that fulfill our basic needs is self-sustainable, built with natural/recycled material and is powered and heated by the sun. The Earthship inspired homes are one amongst many types of alternative homes that are complying with those requirements.
When a building is autonomous it can be disconnected from the grid, freeing its inhabitant from the constant need of input that conventional home need to function and instead providing resources like food and truly clean water. This completely change our relationship with the building we live in.
We are developing this vision with a lot of dedication for the last couple years and are now ready to make it happen into physical reality.

Dzięki Bogu uprawiam wolny i potrzebny zawód. U mnie płaci się gotówką, i tylko gotówka, Kartami gardzę i będę gardził. Bankami tez. Wreszcie demokracja. Ta gardzę najbardziej i mam w dupie! Dopóki świeci słońce i śpiewają ptaki, bywa piękna zima i niosąca nadzieję wiosna, dopóki mam wokół siebie wspaniałych i podobnie czujących ludzi (a wcale nie musi to być rodzina), póki moje dzieci dają się kierować na innych ludzi - również zawodowo - nie lękam się przyszłości, którą ci zwyrodnialcy chcą wam zgotować. Zastanówcie się więc, co chcecie w życiu robić....dla innych, i czy jest to innym potrzebne? Jeżeli tak, to nie lękajcie się tego devilsystemu pachnącego czosnkiem i azjatyckim wiatrem upadłej Chazarii....a karta bankowa wam w dupę!

With the rising of the special meaning of "each" individual emerged concepts such as mass and personality. Individuals become "lonely masses" without social inclusion, as sociologist David Riesman called it. An uprising of the masses was diagnosed by the Spanish philosopher Ortega y Gasset. This is done by the reunification of those who have already become individuals. ✊🏿
A personality is generally understood as an individual who has succeeded in rising from the crowd. Thus, criticism of individualism sees two possibilities: the anonymous absorption of the individual in the masses, which may be organized by collectivist movements and then become historical. The other possibility is the higher development of the individual into an independent, emancipated personality. 🧠
This results in two different paradigms. An optimistic assumes that most individuals can develop a personality and that individualism therefore is a step in the direction of a better society. The opposite pessimistic implies that individuals do not make it, and as a mass are just a tools of a powerful minority or are exploited by demagogues that individualism is therefore an aberration. 👥
