Hello everyone, a little bit about me...I was born in the USA, went to school there, attended the university there as well as studied in the US Navy to become a mechanic on a submarine at the early age of just 19 years old. Since then, I have traveled to over 20 different countries, three continents and a few islands along the way. Not all of my travels were for leisure, rather, many of them for business. I am tri-lingual in Spanish, Portuguese and English. After the Navy, my love of dancing led me to my first career as a professional Latin and Ballroom dancing instructor, choreographer and judge. During this time, I studied for my second degree as a graphic arts designer and also finished my English studies. My friends in the USA are from a wide variety of countries, spanning most continents. I enjoy rich, cultural diversity and food, arts, archaeological sites and astronomy...not to mention a good movie or book once in awhile. I found my passion for teaching early on from the age of 15 when I was the lead dancer of a folk dance troupe. I have gone on to to receive many awards and trophies for my work and continue to do so, with the most recent being that of the Brazilian Recall and IBOPE awards for Top English Teacher in my region of Brazil for the year of 2017 and IBOPE 2018. While teaching private and group English lessons to professionals, children and teenagers, I am currently working on an online English Course that will be something extraordinary, like an experience in learning that will help the Brazilian and Portuguese learners advance their speaking and written skills exponentially without stress.
