I have been a Targeted Individual since late 90's and maybe even before. For some 20 years I didn't know what was happening to me at all.
I used to think I was mad, but deeply in my mind I knew it was something else.
Conspirative Party project is about the tortures made to me by psychotronic weapons, that has been described in a book I've written.
