To you, from me:
(Hopefully you already know this but...)
TRUST HOW YOU FEEL.
Trust how you feel.
Trust how you feel.
Trust how you feel.
Trust how you feel.
Trust how you feel.
Trust how you feel.
Did you hear that?
Good.
When I started my Truth journey in 2015, it didn't take long to realize there was alot of conflicting info out there on all sorts of different subjects. Naturally I wondered 'how do I know what the Truth is?' And somehow, whether hearing the idea or just having it randomly come to mind, I realized I would have to trust what my feelings and instincts were telling me in order to help navigate this sea of information.
I believe our emotions can tell us alot.
In addition, once I was in a conscious relationship with God/Christ/Holy Spirit, it seemed that my attention would be drawn to just the right information once I was ready to receive it. (Those words in red brought me alot of relief too) I hope I haven't lost you so far..
Learning the Truth about our world can be overwhelming at times to say the least. I completely understand why someone might avoid it. Unless you're very mentally practiced at intentionally putting new information into a storyline that brings you emotional relief; it's easy to get stuck. I feel that putting information into perspective is storytelling. I believe we are doing this all the time whether we realize it or not, and that it is up to us how we put information and experiences into perspective. There is choice in the matter.
💜 Be easy on yourself. It's ok to give it a rest if it becomes too much 💜
When it comes to the Truth, I have personally been through all kinds of difficult feelings, intensely, many times. Dealing with these feelings is not easy at first. But the more you work with these feelings, the better you get at overcoming them.
There were days where I was pretty sure I'd never be able to smile or be happy again due to some of the things I learned. But eventually I was able to. And I'm at the place now where I'm pretty much at peace with the knowledge I've gained. I can still have a good laugh. I know what my purpose is in life. I feel much better.
Initially I thought 'Why me? Why do I have to know?' But looking at those years from where I am now, I view it more as "learning all those things expanded my awareness. I now have a much better innerstanding of the interplay between good and evil. I see the purpose in it, and it has ultimately been a freeing and empowering experience." And just like any other part of your being getting stretched (gauging ears always comes to mind) IT HURTS. For a while. But as long as you're gentle with the area, and keep it clean, it eventually heals until there's no pain left at all. It's the same way when expanding your consciousness with Truth. There will be growing pains, but they won't last forever.
So I just wanted to put this out there for anyone still in the process of waking up, or for anyone just starting. You CAN do this. And it will probably hurt. But the pain WILL NOT last forever. This is a rite of passage for each of us. And just think, we are among the first generations on Earth to have internet access; to have worlds of information at our fingertips. I feel it is an honor to be here at such a time.
I'm here to assist anyone who could use it, if there's any way I possibly can, to help bring more people to the Truth. I have yet to come across something I can't handle.
Thanks for hearing me out. I wish you all the very best ❤
