I always speak my mind honestly and courageously to the best of my ability. I believe it is better to search for and speak the truth as a higher priority than "winning" for your tribe. If we all did that, we wouldn't need tribes to begin with. Use your critical thinking skills, and be careful who you trust. Seek balance, reflect on yourself, and work hard. Do good, and be a leader.
