Here's a fun target for higher education reform: Reverse the Biden administration's choice to subsidize the least productive degrees while penalizing people for majoring in productive subjects. By setting up the income-driven repayment plans like this, the Biden admin effectively taxes doing engineering while subsidizing being an adult theater kid. The president has the power to immediately fix this by executive order.
