Ball Jointed Dolls

She looks amazing! One of the reasons I went for Challenge was that I love her faceup. Faceups are one of the things in the last 2 yrs that have been making Smartdoll stand out to me.....they are worlds better than the default Volks ones.

I finally gave in and ordered the smartdoll I've wanted since she released. I couldn't say no to the shoes....so I spent a hundred more than I was originally going to. (I just spent more on a pair of doll shoes than I'll spend on my own ouch!) I know the Miku is up for preorder but research showed me that I don't want the F3 body so I'll have to find her used on Mandarake.

Not the best picture as I had poor light by the time I finished. Not the fondest of this sculpt (I feel like she should be a boy) but I feel more confident at the thought of painting another DD.
