Full-time software consultant, part-time psychology student with the aim of becoming a CBT therapist.
My current journey started some years ago, when I discovered the ancient Greek philosophy called Stoicism. Being raised in a fundamentalist Christian household, I had to break myself free from my "mental prison". Stoicism and CBT has been my way out.
Philosophy, and in particular ancient Greek philosophy, has helped me tremendously to gain control over my own mental faculty. It's my hope that the small nuggets of wisdom I encounter around the web will help others as well.
