As an application developer, I don't believe my job because merely coding. I think with respect to requirements and solving problems. This can be important point. You do not have to create something from scratch every time. Sometimes it is enough to utilize an already existing applications or mix a number of apps.

It's still possible to get it done, but in addition, there are famous web programs (such as Google Maps or Facebook, or even Spotify) which take a huge amount of business, knowledge, abilities, expectation and teamwork to place them together. For instance, I mainly cope with a few Front-End technologies in my everyday work, but I also work much as a complete heap dev and make different software in my spare time.
Apart from work, I try to devote all of my free time to family and hobbies. For example, I love to travel. Obviously not independently, best of all by the little company of people being on one tide. We like to visit various countries. Apart from the warm countries, we have two other beautiful spots with beautiful nature and fresh air - Sweden and Norway. Slowly but surely, you realize that the expertise you can share with others as well as the memories that stay with you're far more precious than the souvenirs you can buy.
