I've about had it with Chairman Cuomo punishing the whole state because NYC is a filthy cesspool of disease. LOCK THEM DOWN THEN, AND LEAVE THE REST OF US ALONE! Our economy was suffering enough in WNY with businesses leaving in droves because of sky-high taxes to support NYC. I am SICK of having that rotten city be such a drag on the rest of this otherwise great state! WE ARE NOT ALL NYC!
