...both physically and emotionally - especially lately? No worries. We have huge spikes in the Schuman frequency on and off (for more: https://drjoedispenza.net/blog/consciousness/what-does-the-spike-in-the-schumann-resonance-mean/) and this can cause multiple effects (rollercoaster highs/lows, irritation, depression, extreme tiredness, pressure in head, heart and other energy centers, offness, body pain, fogginess, dizziness, being out of balance, strangest symptoms etc.) Good thing: You dont even have to know why you are feeling like you are feeling. Currently there are so many things going on planetary and collectively, it is cause for celebration to have days that are calm. ;) (And if you dont know what I mean, because you always have calm days: Congrats, dont read further.) Here are a few of the things that help me and others when feeling off (and in general): ☀️ drink much more water than usually throughout the day (filtered is best or water through fruits) ☀️ Himalayan salt bath (foot or whole body) ☀️ Rest and sleep when your body tells you so. Your body knows all of this and how to deal with it. No matter how groggy it feels, it is just integrating what is happening. You can help it best to listen closely. And throw overboard all old routines, programming or "have to's" you think you need to follow. (Like I have to be strong for..., I never sleep during the day, I cant cancel this appointment etc.) This IS true selfcare, to honour your needs in the moment, set new boundaries and do not believe thoughts that put you in a tiny box. I myself went to bed at 8.30pm on sunday, there was no way around it. ☀️ Nature: Go into you closest parc and put your hands on the grass or on a tree: Ask nature (yes it listens to you) to soak up all imbalances in your body and fill you with pure life energy. You might think that doesnt work, but believe me, it does. If you dont have access to a parc: Use a flower or watch a nature video (yes indeed, that works as well.) Watch nature movements, do nothing else, for a few minutes a day. Best grounding possible, good for immune system, nervous system, cell regeneration and basically everything else. ☀️ Amp up your body love: All thoughts that tell you that your body is weak or against you or holds you back, drop it. You body is run by the highest intelligence available, it is magnificent. If you had access to the full knowing what it actually does for you and what potential you carry, you would be speechless. (I dont have access to that full knowledge either right now but I tap into bits of it and it makes me speechless.). So hug your body, tell it how much you love it, thank it, as many times as possible. Especially when feeling off. The upgrades that are happening through these waves are immense and your body works with them brilliantly. ☀️ Also helps: Magnesium, vitamin c, ginger, curcuma, special clay (with Zeolite & Bentonite), taken daily with water to detox your whole system. ☀️ Meditate in silence, connect to the heart and ask your inner intelligence to show you what you personally need right now for your highest wellbeing. Let it go, trust and be present to what comes inside and outside. ☀️ Intuitive painting or other creative "hands on" activities, that bring you from mind to heart and ground your body. No rules, just play. ☀️ Dancing, toning, laughing & singing out what wants out. ☀️ Intermediate fasting from time to time. (8 hours for food, 16 hours without food, just water/tea.) ☀️ Ask a friend you trust to just hold space for 10 minutes and allow yourself to let out all that pulls you down without needing to hide or feel embarassed, let it out with as much energy you want, then be in silence together. But the more you tap into the place inside that knows that you will be ok, for sure, and that you are here for this ride and dont have to understand it all now, the easier you will go through whatever happens. And you are sharing the intensities with everybody else, each in their own way. Think about this, when you meet others. You dont know their backround, their purpose or how they feel.
