I still find it funny is that Facebook and Twitter do not even mark nor hide their NSFW. Any lawyer worth their salt can sue these companies or nuclear option them. Sadly the nuclear option means puritans win. Marking stuff right is all anyone needs to do, reporting it is cowardly. If it is not marked right just tell the person so they can edit it and mark it properly.
