When I was a kid, my mother wasn't too hot into politics. She had her party of choice, and was adamant against the other party, but rarely engaged. Right now, she's getting so into it's it's actually scary. She bought all the divisive wars and picked her side, and she's going to protests, got banned from twitter like 3 or 4 times, and thinks foreigners are "taking our jobs" Internet ruined her.
