As someone with a deep interest in science: What I see in the left aren't scientific minds. I don't see people who have a curiosity for the unknown, for discovery and invention. I see people who are morally-minded, with a view to pretend like they're better than those who are skeptical of the results they brandish at every turn. The left isn't in the interest of science, it is in the interest of obedience. Don't get it twisted.
