Im tempted to offer any minority who really cant afford a proper state ID to come forward, ill pay for the ride and the ID. Please if you legitamatley cant afford a ID or are incapable of obtaining one. let your voice be heard? Ill be honest, im not holding my breath that there are really people who cant get one unless they are either too lazy or are here illegally
