I highly recommend a hot rock dry & steam sauna multiple times per week. The resultant heat shock proteins have immense health value, tied to longevity (among other, incredible benefits).
Careful with infra-red saunas. From my experience, they seem to cook the skin with radiation. There is nothing quite like pure, clean heat and steam.
