I swear Republicans think all it takes for a conspiracy theory to be true is for them to believe in it. They’ll distort anything to prove their point and bury their head in the sand when presented with contradictory information. It reminds me of the way Democrats believe if you’re white you must be racist, all men are misogynistic, and so on. You can’t reason with either group because they’ve attached themselves to these beliefs like it’s their religion. It’s not a debate of facts because they believe they are morally superior.
