When your government causes you to have to go without food or other necessities, I think that it's probably time for a change in government. When you government takes your hard earned money and gives it to others whom refuse to work, I think it's time for a change in government. I have no problem helping those that actually need it, but fat, lazy, drunken, crack heads do not fall into that category.
