Upper chest focused workout today.
Absolutely destroyed myself and crushed what little ego I'd have every workout is my goal.
Supersets will be added to more workouts too save time and to absolutely fry my muscles.

Mine are deadlifts for sure because of the animalistic state they put me in to dominate the lift.
