Katsudon

A bowl of rice topped with soft scrambled egg and pork cutlet with a kind of dashi sauce poured over it. This came with miso soup and tsukemono (Japanese pickles). When was the last time you’ve had Katsudon? If you haven’t tried it yet, you can get some at convenience stores in Japan when you visit! The convenience store ones are pretty good and reasonably priced!
