Spakatsu (Spaghetti Cutlet)

This is Spakatsu, it’s a Kushiro specialty. Kushiro is a small city in the country side of Hokkaido. It’s Spaghetti topped with Pork Cutlet and drizzled with a kind of Meat Sauce. Are there any kinds of specialty dishes from small cities or towns near you?
