Sooo basically the way this looks like it's gonna play out: - There's going to be roughly the same number of abortions - Some women will have to travel to get them - Travel has to be arranged, which takes additional time, and might push a given abortion later in term It's not so much a victory or defeat as it is just worse for everybody.
