I'm sure there is a big-picture strategy to what Special Council Durham is doing with Michael Sussmann, but I don't think the case against Sussmann is very strong (so far). All Sussmann has to say is that he billed the Clinton campaign by accident, and then the jury can believe whatever they want to believe, and that just makes it a coin toss. #Durham
