Hey @IanCrossland I know you guys were thinking about getting a cow but we're against it due to size and milk production. But have you considered looking into miniature cow breeds like a Irish miniature Dexter? Typically produce around 2 gallons a day. Can live happily on half an acre. 600-800 lbs grown. Could probably also stick your finger in its mouth.
