[Syrup] Elderflower syrup

A while back I made elderflower syrup, here is how: Ingredients - 20 florets of elderflower - 1l of water - 350-400g of honey - Lemon / orange zest - 1tsp citric acid (try with less first, add to taste) Instructions 1. Collect elderflower 2. Heat up water, melt honey 3. Add elderflower and citric acid 4. Let sit for two days at least 5. Clean jars and sterilize 6. Filter and heat up the syrup, bottle and put away (I don't guarantee the stability of it, as this is my first time with this recipe)
